1.1 Command system, strong and robust

Establish a robust on-site project management department, and select a group of managers with excellent professional qualities and high technical skills to enrich the middle management level. In the entire command structure, responsibilities are clearly defined from top to bottom, fully leveraging the subjective initiative of functional departments to work collaboratively and effectively.

 

1.2 Management system, strictly standardized

The management work shall be institutionalized and standardized to ensure that there are established rules to follow and laws to abide by. Strict post responsibility system, quality and safety assurance system, and distribution system shall be designated on site.

 

1.3 Production preparation, meticulously and comprehensive

Make full and adequate preparations in terms of production and technology, adhere to the project schedule requirements, and meet the process requirements; carry out material procurement in advance, formulate plans based on production arrangements, and specify the production timelines.

 

1.4 Production arrangement should be reasonable and compact.

Organize production seriously and reasonably, and arrange each process properly. Coordinate and balance the work among various teams/shifts.

 

1.5 Combining active control with passive control

Anticipate in advance what special circumstances may occur during the production process and take corresponding countermeasures; formulate strict technical assurance measures and quality assurance measures; in order to ensure the production schedule and quality, processing and procurement work should be well prepared in advance.

 

2.After-sales service

2.1 Free Service: The warranty period for valve products sold by our company is 24 months from the date of manufacture or within 2 heating seasons after installation (whichever comes first). In the third year, products with quality issues can be replaced free of charge. No service fees will be charged during the free service period.

2.2 Customer-oriented, Quality First: Earning Credibility through Quality, and Pursuing Development through Credibility. Our unit has specially set up a follow-up call service and tracks the bidder (client) to provide timely services.

2.3 In the event of quality issues, we will arrange for the insurance company to conduct an on-site survey for claim assessment within 24 hours upon receipt of the feedback on the quality accident.

1.4All quality-related issues of "Yuanlun" valves fall within the warranty scope.

 

3. Service Commitment

1. Telephone Consultation: Our company has set up a 24-hour maintenance service hotline, with a national hotline number of 4000-886-997.

2.On-site Service: For issues that cannot be resolved through the service hotline, our company will dispatch technicians to provide on-site consultation and maintenance services. We will arrive at the site within 48 hours of receiving notification from the user.

3.2 Training Objective: Through training, enable the trainees to master the product structure and working principle, so as to avoid installation faults.

3.3 Training Content: Focus on training the working principles of the product to facilitate the acquisition of installation skills and future maintenance techniques.
