Yuanlun external-thread base (FS030 series manifold male-thread base as typical model) adopts precision-machined male-thread main-body. It can cooperate with gaskets and sealants to form reliable sealing, support custom-spec production, adapt garden irrigation, manifold and multiple engineering piping scenarios.

Yuanlun external-thread base, representative model is FS030 series manifold male-thread base. Made of high-quality electroplated brass material, with excellent corrosion-resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor garden and engineering piping service.

Precision-manufactured male-thread interface (G1/2, NPT1/4 international standard optional). It can be matched with gaskets or sealants to achieve stable leak-proof connection. • Operating Principle

1. The precision-processed male-thread of external-thread base meshes with mating female-thread fittings, completing mechanical docking of pipeline or terminal equipment such as sprinkler and manifold.
2. Install matched sealing-gasket or apply qualified sealant between joint mating-surfaces. When tightening thread, gasket is compressed to fill gap, forming composite sealing structure for anti-leakage purpose.
3. Completed assembly bears pipeline-system pressure, adapts circulating-medium delivery under 5-90℃ working-condition.
4. Operating reminder: Thread itself cannot achieve zero-leakage independently. Auxiliary gasket or sealant is necessary for reliable sealing performance.

• Pre-Installation Check

2. Inspect male-thread surface, remove burr, chip and dirt; reject products with thread scratch or damage.
3. Prepare matched sealing-gasket or qualified sealant according to working-medium and temperature.

• Installation Steps

1. Place intact qualified sealing-gasket on joint mating-surface or apply proper amount of sealant onto thread.
2. Manually screw external-thread base into mating female-thread fitting until hand-tight position.
3. Apply moderate additional wrench torque on base main-body flats. Strictly prohibit excessive torque, to avoid brass-thread cracking or thread-stripping.
4. After assembly completion, slowly pressurize system and conduct threaded-joint leakage inspection.

1. Installation recommended for qualified plumbing technicians.
2. Thread cannot provide sealing alone; matched gasket or sealant shall be equipped.
3. Control tightening torque; over-torque easily causes brass-thread damage.
