All-Brass Angle Union Ball Valve

This is an All-Brass Angle Union Ball Valve, a dedicated shut-off valve fitting specifically designed for water floor heating manifold systems. Commonly referred to in the industry as a floor heating "F-Valve", its main body is integrally forged from thickened high-quality brass. It features a male thread union port and a compression fitting port, with a reserved bottom internal thread port for drainage and temperature measurement, and is equipped with a red butterfly handle. It is compatible with PVC and composite water piping systems commonly used in residential and engineering floor heating projects, and meets the pipeline control needs of floor heating supply and return branches, radiators and central air-conditioning water circuits. It is a standard supporting valve equipment in modern hydronic heating systems.

◆ Multi-Function Integrated Valve Design: Combines four functions in one - shut-off, union connection, blow-down/drain, and temperature measurement port. Eliminates the need for additional tees and drain valves, reducing the risk of leakage at pipe joints.

◆ Union Connection with Solder-Free Installation: Right-side union nut equipped with a rubber O-ring enables tool-free assembly and disassembly from the manifold. Facilitates maintenance and flushing of the underfloor heating system without the need for pipe cutting.

◆ Full-Bore, Low-Pressure-Drop Design: Full-port ball geometry ensures an unrestricted flow path with no flow reduction, maintaining adequate circulation flow rate in the underfloor heating loop and preventing slow warm-up response.

◆ High Installation Compatibility: Left-side compression-type fitting accommodates 20/25 mm aluminum-plastic (PEX-AL-PEX) underfloor heating pipes; right-side standard 1" male thread (M22×1.5 or equivalent) is compatible with most manifold connections.

◆ High-Temperature and Heating-Medium Resistance: Brass valve body combined with PTFE sealing ensures long-term reliability in 60–85°C heating water service, with no aging or leakage under typical underfloor heating operating conditions.

◆ Branch Circuit On-Off Control: Independent ON/OFF control for each individual underfloor heating loop. Enables isolated shut-off for maintenance or flushing of a single branch without interrupting water supply to the entire system.

◆ Quick-Connect Union for Rapid Dismantling: Right-side union nut with sealing structure allows manifold disassembly and underfloor heating pipe flushing without removing the main supply pipeline.

◆ Blow-Down and Air-Bleed Function: Bottom female threaded port accommodates air-bleed valves or blow-down/drain valves, facilitating periodic evacuation of sludge and entrapped air from the piping system to resolve insufficient heating issues.

◆ Temperature Sensor Mounting Port: Bottom threaded port allows installation of temperature sensors or thermometer plugs for monitoring supply/return water temperature on each branch circuit.

◆ Positive Shut-Off with Reliable Sealing: Full-open position offers minimal flow resistance; full-closed position ensures zero leakage and positive isolation of the water path, preventing return-flow cross-circulation between branches.

This valve is designed for use in water distribution systems across a broad range of underfloor heating and hydronic applications, including supply and return branch circuits of residential underfloor heating manifolds, centralized heating systems for commercial engineering projects, wall-hung boiler radiant heating installations, individual radiator branch circuit isolation and control, as well as chilled/hot water branch circuits in central air-conditioning water circulation systems.
