• Operating Principle

1. Align double-male-thread fitting between two female-thread mating fittings / components.
2. Install qualified intact sealing gaskets at each thread mating face.
3. Tighten two hexagonal compression nuts by wrench in turn. Axial pre-load compresses gaskets to achieve static sealing on both connection ends.
4. When maintenance is required, simply unscrew two compression nuts to separate connected components without cutting pipeline.
5. Operating reminder: Thread alone cannot guarantee zero-leakage. Matching sealing gaskets must be deployed. Excessive nut torque will crush gasket or damage brass thread.

• Pre-Installation Check

• Installation Steps

1. Place brand-new intact sealing gasket onto each side mating-surface.
2. Position the double-male-thread fitting between two female-thread fittings.
3. Manually screw on hexagonal compression nuts at both ends until gasket contacts mating-face.
4. Apply moderate wrench torque on hexagonal nut flats. Strictly prohibit over-tightening to avoid gasket crushing or brass-thread damage.
5. After full assembly completion, slowly pressurize the whole system and inspect both threaded-joints for leakage.
