Female Thread Direct 25*25PEX Pipe Fittings

Reducing female-thread direct PEX fitting is used to connect two different-outer-diameter PEX pipes. The 25*25 female-thread direct PEX fitting is equal-diameter straight connector, both-ends are female-thread interfaces for OD25 mm PEX-related male-thread accessories, only for same-size pipeline transition.

Yuanlun female-thread direct 25*25 PEX pipe fitting is brass-made equal-diameter straight-through connector. Both ends adopt female-thread inner-wall thread structure, specially matched with OD25 mm PEX-system male-thread pipe fittings and valves.

It features good corrosion-resistance and high-temperature resistance. Integrated sealing-construction ensures leak-proof performance. Hexagon body allows disassembly and assembly with general standard wrenches. Polished surface improves wear-resistance and oxidation-resistance. Important note: Installation recommended to be completed by qualified plumbing technicians. Select matching thread standard (ISO/G/NPT) according to project requirements. • Operating Principle

1. Align fitting double female-thread ports with two matching OD25 mm male-thread PEX components respectively.
2. Wind PTFE-tape 3-5 clockwise turns on male-thread end or place qualified sealing gasket at mating face.
3. Screw-in male-thread accessories into both-end female-thread of the fitting, apply moderate torque on hex flats of fitting body.
4. Thread meshing plus auxiliary sealing material jointly complete mechanical connection and static leak-proof sealing for equal-diameter PEX-system pipeline.

Operating reminder: Thread-on-itself cannot achieve zero-leakage. Auxiliary PTFE-tape or sealing gasket must be deployed. Excessive torque will crack brass thread body.

• Pre-Installation Check

1. Confirm 25*25 size and thread-standard (ISO/G/NPT) match mating male--thread PEX accessories.
2. Inspect fitting-body and inner-wall female-threads; reject parts with crack, scratch or thread-damage.
3. Clean mating male-thread surface; remove burr, chip and old sealing-residue. Prepare qualified PTFE-tape or sealing-gasket.

• Installation Steps

1. Wind PTFE-tape 3-5 clockwise-turns on each mating male--thread component, or place intact sealing-gasket on thread mating-face.
2. Manually screw male--thread accessories into both-end female--thread ports of 25*25 fitting until hand-tight position.
3. Apply moderate wrench-torque only on fitting hex flats. Do NOT apply torque on connected accessories; prohibit over-tightening to avoid brass-thread cracking.
4. After full-assembly completion, slowly pressurize system and inspect both thread-joints for leakage.

2. Thread itself cannot guarantee sealing; must use PTFE-tape or matched gasket.
3. Strictly control tightening torque; over-torque will destroy brass-thread.
