In fluid delivery system, exhaust valve is the core component to ensure stable operation of equipment. Its function is to automatically exhaust gas in the system to prevent air blockage and avoid the entry of outside air, which has an important impact on equipment safety and economy.

The basic working principle of exhaust valve is based on internal and external pressure difference. When the system starts or pressure fluctuates, air bag will form in the pipeline. At this time, the float inside the exhaust valve is in a low position due to its own weight, and the exhaust valve port is open. When gas is discharged quickly through the valve port, a low pressure area will be formed, and the surrounding liquid will quickly fill the vacancy. This process continues until the air bag disappears completely, at which time the float rises due to the rise in liquid level, sealing the valve port to prevent liquid leakage.

When vacuum negative pressure appears in the system, the special structure of the exhaust valve will automatically work in reverse. The external atmosphere enters the system through the one-way air inlet valve to eliminate vacuum hazards. Some precision-designed exhaust valves are also equipped with pressure sensors. When abnormal pressure changes are detected, the actuator can be linked for emergency exhaust to improve system safety.

Modern exhaust valves generally adopt anti-jamming design, special sealing materials and surface treatment processes to ensure reliable sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure environment. Intelligent exhaust valves integrate Internet of Things technology, which can grasp the valve status in real time through remote monitoring and achieve preventive maintenance.

In the fields of petrochemical, HVAC, sewage treatment, etc., the performance of exhaust valves directly affects the operating efficiency of equipment. Regular inspection and maintenance of exhaust valves can not only extend the service life of the system, but also effectively reduce energy consumption. Selecting high-quality exhaust valves that meet industry standards is an important measure to ensure the safe and economical operation of industrial equipment.
